As part of our committment to achieving the best deliverability we possibly can, we partake in what is known as ISP's Feedback Loops (FBL's). This means that when a complaint is made to the ISP (generally by hitting 'this is spam' button), they pass it onto us. In the past these have manually been opted-out, but we have now implemented an automated process for opting out these complaints. By opting out those who complain assists with keeping our reputation (and yours) untarnished and deliverability high. You can recieve a report of these complaints via email. To do please go to 'Edit Your Details > Email Address to Notify You of Subscriptions, Opt-Outs & Bounces and enter the email address you would like this report to go to.
